The Ins And Outs of Our Cleaning Services

  • Will I always have the same cleaner?
    We make every effort to have the same cleaner in your home each visit. Occasionally, there may be a change due to illness, vacations and staff changed. Regal Home Cleaning leader's job is to learn your home, be familiar with it and to train the other members how to deliver the quality you expect.
  • How do I pay for my cleaning service?
    If you are utilizing our recurring service program, You will be charged on the Monday of the week your service is scheduled. If you are setting up new service, your initial cleaning will be charged the morning of the service. If you are scheduling a one-time cleaning or move in/out clean, your service will be charged on the morning of the scheduled service.
  • What is an initial cleaning?
    Our initial cleaning is where we come in and bring the home up to recurring cleaning standards. You'd expect during the initial clean, wipe down of all baseboards, windowsills, and door frames, this includes all light switches on the wall. Every room is cleaned from ceiling fans down to baseboards. In the kitchen it includes a full stove and fridge clean out.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
