Terms Of Services


Regal Home Cleaning, LLC is an insured & bonded, professional, woman run and locally owned cleaning service.  Regal Home Cleaning, LLC was started to offer professional cleaning services for private residences, commercial businesses, realtors and property management companies. We conduct our business with the highest level of integrity & honesty. It is our mission at Regal Home Cleaning, LLC to provide our clients with a professional cleaning service experience allowing you to free up precious time that could be spent on yourself, your family & with friends.

When you call Regal Home Cleaning, LLC, you will be given an instant quote based on the information that you provide about your home and your needs.

Add-on Services

Here, at Regal Home Cleaning, LLC, we know that there are going to be times when you need a few extra things done around your home. We are happy to provide you with additional services (i.e. cleaning the inside of the oven/refrigerator/cupboards, cleaning the exterior windows, if accessible, etc). Additional tasks need to be requested in advance, so that Regal Home Cleaning, LLC can schedule the additional time and supplies needed. Additional fees are incurred when additional services are needed.  

Rate Changes

Regal Home Cleaning, LLC reserves the right to re-evaluate the rates at any time to allow for business-related costs, such as gas, travel time increases and your home being taking longer than normal on a regular basis. You will be notified of any rate changes 14 days in advance. If we find that the cleaning will exceed what you‘ve paid for, we will call to get permission to bill for the extra time or we will leave the remainder of the cleaning untouched. We understand minor straightening prior to the cleaning may be necessary; however, if our cleaner(s) have to spend an hour picking up clutter prior to being able to clean, this is not a normal kept living conditon home which is what our prices are based on.

Services placed on hold

If you feel the need to place your cleaning services on hold for more than 1 cleaning, you will be required to pay for an initial cleaning again to bring the home back to Regal Home Cleaning, LLC’s standards.

If you paid for any services up front and request the cleanings be placed on hold, this will be considered as cleaning time lost on your part. If your pre-paid cleanings are put on hold for longer than 30 days, the remainder of your cleanings are considered null and void and the cleaning agreement will end with no refund or obligation from Regal Home Cleaning, LLC.  

Special Instruction Cleanings

Our cleaners do not clean the inside of any hutch/china cabinet period. 
If we are specifically requested to clean inside of a hutch/china cabinet, dust any computer equipment or wash dishes, the client agrees not to hold Regal Home Cleaning, LLC or any of its employees responsible for damage to any article or component.

Changing cleaning appointment day and time

Once your cleaning appointment is scheduled with a recurring day and time, we will gladly, per your request, move your cleaning day within 1-2 days at no additional cost to you as long as A: We have an opening to do so and B: You’ve given us our required 24 hour notice.

V.I.P Cleaning Club Program

Our V.I.P cleaning program is a money-saving way to have your cleanings and save a little money in the process by pre-paying for the service up front. Please call us for any questions you may have about joining. Also, we value you as a customer and want to assist you in anyway possible; however, we cannot cancel cleanings and add them to the end of the pre-paid cleaning term. When a cleaning is canceled, it will be considered a cleaning completed and deducted from the remaining cleanings.


Unfortunately, for the protection of the cleaners and the company, we do not accept personal checks or cash payments. We accept  Credit Cards - Visa, Master card or Discover. When paying by credit card, you will get a copy of your paid invoice via email as long as we have your email address on file. Payment for first time customers is due in full prior to initial cleaning service. When we process credit cards as payment for recurring service, they are processed on Mondays. There is a $2.00 Credit Card processing fee. This is the fee our merchant charges Regal Home Cleaning, LLC LLC. We do not make any money off of this charge.


Tipping is neither required nor expected. If you do choose to leave a tip, please make it clear that it is such and leave it on the outside of the envelope. Our cleaners are not allowed to take any money that is not clearly marked as a tip.


We are insured and take great care when cleaning your home, however, accidents can happen. If you notice breakage/damage, you must notify us immediately, so that we may take the appropriate action. Items of extreme value (monetary or sentimental) should be dusted or cleaned by the customer. Please note that antiques, irreplaceable one-of-a-kind and hard-to-find items are not covered by our breakage and loss policy. We suggest that such items be moved to a safe location on the day of your cleaning, as Regal Home Cleaning, LLC cannot be held responsible for damage to items that should have been moved or were unknowingly off limits to the cleaner. We cannot be responsible for breakage of items which are not in a safe environment. All areas of your home are assumed safe and ready to be cleaned without causing harm to the cleaner(s). If there is an area that you do not feel is safe, please let the cleaner know when they arrive to your home. If you are not present, please call the Regal Home Cleaning, LLC office before your scheduled cleaning.
Regal Home Cleaning, LLC is not responsible for damage due to faulty and/or improper installation of any item. All surfaces (i.e., marble, granite, etc.) are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm.


For safety reasons, our cleaners do not move anything weighing more than 25 lbs. If you would like us to clean behind anything heavy such as a couch or refrigerator, please move it prior to service to allow us access to that area. We only use a two-step ladder, so If windows, furniture or fans are higher than we can reach, we will do the best that we can with a two step ladder or extension pole. For our safety and the safety of all our clients, please notify us by telephone at least 24 hours prior to scheduled service of any infectious viruses or diseases that occur in your household. Regal Home Cleaning, LLC reserves the right to cancel and re-schedule in such circumstances. For our safety, all firearms in a client’s home must be stored and locked.


If you have an alarm system, please be sure that it is turned off before we enter your home. We encourage all of our clients to issue us a key. If you choose not to issue us a key, you can leave a key with a neighbor for us to pick up, after which we will return when we have finished our service. You can also give us the code for the alarm system of your garage door or hide a key in an agreed-upon place.


Our office makes sure that all keys are kept in a locked safe at all times until the day of your cleaning. When the cleaner arrives at the office, they are required to sign for the key and when they are finished and return, they sign again once the key is handed to the owner or business manager. This also increases the efficiency of our schedule and decreases the chance of incurring any charges for lockouts. Please include a key to the deadbolt if you would like it to be locked along with the normal door lock. Each key is tagged with it’s own alpha-numeric sequence, so there is no confusion. We do not hold any responsibility for badly copied keys or for locks that are difficult to work. For the safety of our cleaners, we do not exit through the garage. No exceptions. In the event that you would like to terminate you service with Regal Home Cleaning, LLC, We will mail your key back return signature required and all postage will be charged to the clients credit card on file. Please give the office any and all codes and instructions to alarms prior to the first service visit. We are not responsible for charges incurred due to alarm malfunction. Key replacement fees are paid only if keys are lost. We will pay for 1 key replacement.

House Pets

At Regal Home Cleaning, LLC, we love animals and try our hardest to make them feel comfortable while the cleaners are in the home. With that said, we do need to make sure that the safety of our employees and staffs are addressed.  If you have aggressive pets, please make sure that they are kept in a separate room until the cleaner is finished cleaning. Please make sure, however, that we still can access all necessary rooms in order to do the scheduled work. We, at no time, clean animal or human feces, urine, vomit or other biohazards. This includes feline litter boxes and dog kennels. 


Regal Home Cleaning, LLC will be closed Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after, Christmas Eve/day and New Years eve/day. If your cleaning visit falls on either one of those days, we will make every effort to re-schedule your visit for the same or following week. When a client goes on vacation, please remember to call Regal Home Cleaning, LLC. We do not charge a cancellation fee if there is a notice given to us of at least 7 days. Regal Home Cleaning, LLC reserves the right to charge a fee for any cancellation with less than 7 days advance notice. The fee charge will be the full cleaning cost of service. For payments on recurring services. If a holiday falls on the weekend or a Monday, payments for services will be processed the business day Before the holiday.

Cancellation of Appointments/Lock-out

You may reschedule, add, skip or cancel any of your cleanings.  We understand that unforeseen events do occur which may create a need to cancel your scheduled cleaning appointment. If, for any reason, you need to change your scheduled appointment, please give us a full 24 hours notice. Once we take a reservation, we hold that time slot open for you and turn away other potential clients in order to ensure your appointment. In the event of a cancellation of less than 24 hours of notice, a cancellation fee of the FULL cleaning cost will be charged. The client agrees to pay the entire cost of the cleaning in full for any visit cancelled by them on the day of the cleaning. This applies as well to visits aborted by our staff when we are unable to gain access to your home due to being locked out, or if, for any reason, a staff member feels that his/her personal safety is endangered enough to cause him/her to leave the jobsite due to actions by the client, guests, or pets on the premises. The client will remain liable for the full cost of the non-performed service.

Same cleaning provider

Regal Home Cleaning, LLC provides all cleaners with a very detailed training program. Our cleaners are not released to go on their own until they have passed their exams. We try very hard to provide our customers with the same cleaner, however, situations do arise. We cannot guarantee you the same cleaner. You may request a cleaner at any time as long as they are still employed with us we will do everything in our power to keep you & your cleaner working together.

Solicitation of Service Provider

All clients agree that he/she will not solicit, entice, or influence any service provider of Regal Home Cleaning, LLC to leave Regal Home Cleaning, LLC, or take over the cleaning contract, whether it is directly or indirectly, individually, or through a family member or other person or other company action. Otherwise, a referral fee of $3,000 will occur. This fee is due within 30 days of notification by the client to Regal Home Cleaning, LLC. If the fee is not paid, Regal Home Cleaning, LLC will apply the right to pursue other methods of collection, without any proof of damage being necessary.


We believe in our company and the professionals we send into your home so completely, that if you are not satisfied with our service, we will come back and re-clean the area in question. The same cleaner(s) will arrive to correct any missed cleanings. We do NOT send in different cleaners when performing a re-clean, in order for the cleaners at fault to take responsibility for their actions. Regal Home Cleaning, LLC will make 100% effort to correct any concerns. We absolutely do not refund any money for services, period.


Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by giving to the other party not fewer than three days oral or written notice. Regal Home Cleaning, LLC will not issue any refunds should you decide to terminate your service. For pre-paid services, once you inform us of your decision to cancel, all monies toward prepaid cleanings are null and void and will not be refunded.

Cleaning Confirmation

Regal Home Cleaning, LLC will make every effort to confirm your upcoming cleaning appointment either by phone or email. Once your cleaning appointment has been confirmed you are responsible to pay for the service. If you feel that you need to change the appointment date and time, please allow our required 24 hour notice to change the appointment. If we do not receive the change request in that 24 hour period you will be liable for paying the full cleaning cost. Since all credit card and e-check payments are completed on Monday, please keep this in mind and absolutely no refunds will be given. 


To ensure that all your needs are met, please address all requests, questions and changes directly to the owner or manager at Regal Home Cleaning, LLC. 


Regal Home Cleaning, LLC recognizes and acknowledges that this agreement creates a confidential relationship between Regal Home Cleaning, LLC and the client and that information concerning the client’s business affairs, customers, vendors, finances, properties, methods of operation and other such information, whether written, oral, or otherwise, is confidential Information. Regal Home Cleaning, LLC agrees, that it will not, at any time, during or after the term of this Agreement disclose any confidential information to any person whatsoever. Regal Home Cleaning, LLC further agrees to bind its employees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Power and Water Shutoff

Please call the office if there is no water or power to your home. We cannot do our job effectively without either of these. In the case of either of these being shut off while we are in your home, we will do our best to finish what we can. Please note regular charges apply in these cases.

Gift certificates/Gift cards

Gift certificates and gift cards are available on our website. We offer a variety of gift packages and are happy to offer a unique gift giving idea. There are no refunds offered for gift certificates, gift cards or gift packages.
